Corporate Membership
The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne and employers throughout the Fort Wayne area work together as a team to offer employees incentives to join the YMCA to improve their wellness. 

Benefits of a Corporate Wellness Membership:

  • 30 day enrollment period with the opportunity to waive the 1-time joiner's fee
    of $75.00.
  • Complimentary 1-week pass to be used during the 30 day enrollment period.
  • Access to the YMCA Workplace Wellness Services that links you to programs and services in the community.
