Wellness Assistants
The Jorgensen Family YMCA has immediate openings for Wellness Assistants. Job duties include assisting members with exericse equipment and programs, performing equipment orientations, fitness assesments and the Youthfit program. Duties also include cleaning and laundry duties within the Wellness Center.
We are looking for individuals who are available to work the following shifts:
- 4:45am - 9am
- 9am - 1pm
- 1pm - 5pm
- 3pm - 8pm
- 5pm - 10:15pm
- Weekend hours are available

Site Assistants work directly with the Site Director to help implement daily activities, sound discipline, and program policies. Ability to relate to school age children, parents, and school personnel is important. Must be at least 18 years old.
Childwatch Staff, Part time
Childwatch staff are responsible for the supervision of all children participating in the on-site child care program. The position incumbent must ensure the safety of participants at all times. Morning, evening, and weekend shifts are available.

Before and After School Care Team Leaders, Part-Time 15 hours
Wanted, someone who is extremely organized and has experience in supervision. Must be at least 21 years of age, and have a bachelors degree in Child Development, Education, or related field. Team Leaders are responsible for the supervision of Site Directors, promotion of program, lesson planning, monthly newsletters, distribution of mail/materials and subbing as needed.
Before and After School Care Site Directors, Part-Time 15-30 hours
Wanted, someone who likes working with children and has tons of patience! Must be at least 21 years of age, and have a High School Diploma. Would also prefer one year of college or life experience. Under the direction of the Program Director, the Site Director is responsible for the supervision of all program participants and activities throughout the school year. The Director is also responsible for maintaining records (registration & health forms, financial payments), promoting the program, upholding policies/procedures and communicating with school personnel and parents.
