  • Teen Canoe Trip with the Jorgensen Family YMCA
    YMCA staff will guide teens down the Pigeon River in Mongo, Indiana. Life jackets and canoes are provided. Teens should bring sunscreen, swim suit, towel and lunch/snacks. Space is limited. Contact Nikki Surbaugh at (260) 432-8953 for more information. You can register online!
    Ages: Teens entering grades 6 through 9
    When: July 2; bus will leave YMCA at 9AM and return approximately at 5:30PM
    Cost: Members $20 & Non-Members $35

  • Parents Night Out at the Parkview Family YMCA
    Let us entertain your child while you get a night out. The evenings activities include gym games, art projects, swimming, and scaling the rock wall. Children are separated into appropriate age groups. All children are to be wearing their swimsuit upon coming to the program. Towels and a clean change of clothes are to be clearly labeled. Young children must be potty trained. Registration ends on Wednesday, July 8th.
    Ages: 4-12 years old
    When: July 10th, from 6PM to 10PM
    Where: Parkview Family YMCA
    Cost: Members $14/child & Non-Members $22/child

  • Parents Night Out at the Jorgensen Family YMCA

The evenings activities include dinner, gym games, arts & crafts, swimming (all children are to be wearing their bathing suit upon arrival), climbing the rock wall, and a movie with popcorn.     Cost: Members $15/child & Non-Members $30/child

  • Green Gala Fundraiser
    The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is hosting a Green Gala Fundraiser on Thursday, September 10th at the Botanical Conservatory from 6PM to 9PM. We will have educational booths featuring area businesses and not for profits organizations that offer environmentally friendly and holistic products and services, a silent auction that contains a wide variety of items of interest to everyone, free appetizers, as well as a cash bar. Tickets are $15 per person.
    The YMCA is in need of booth and event sponsors, ticket purchasers, and item donors for our silent auction. Please consider contributing some way toward our upcoming event. Download the booth and event sponsor form, ticket order form, or the silent auction donation form if you are interested in contributing. The form deadline is July 31st. All proceeds go towards our financial assistance program.

  • Corporate Challenge
    The Central Branch YMCA's Corporate Challenge is an opportunity for area companies come together for fun, wellness and fellowship. The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne strives to improve overall health and total wellness of our community. We encourage everyone to adopt the concepts of team building and employee wellness by participating in this olympic-style challenge.
    The overall team champions are awarded a traveling trophy that is displayed at their business for 1 year. We also present a Team Spirit award to the team that displays the best attitude through by displaying good sportsmanship, participation, community service and fan support.

    Team Information:
    - Teams consist of 5-25 employees (Spouses of employees are eligible)
    - All events are co-ed
    - All participants receive a team t-shirt
    - All participants receive a YMCA family membership for the duration of the Corporate Challenge
    - The winning team wins 1-week Free membership for their company & opportunity to join with the $75 Joiner's Fee waived
