Join us every 3rd Saturday throughout the summer (May-September) to indulge in a 45 minute morning Bootcamp! Erica leads her classes with an emphasis on form, endurance, and overall strength. And then... downtown brunch maybe? Who knows, we might just see you there! Class begins at 10am (late enough to sleep in)!
