Spirit, Mind, Body +
Spirit, Mind, Body+ is a virtual service that is available to all YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne Members at no extra cost. The Y believes that all individuals should be well rounded, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Daily Workout Club (DWC)
Building overall health in a team setting
Daily workouts sent directly to you through the YMCA app. Exclusive DWC team site for people who want to take all the thinking out of working out. Monday-Friday each week a new workout will be sent to your phone in the Fort Wayne YMCA app. You’ll receive upper, lower, mindfulness, core/cardio, and rest recovery workouts each week.
Monthly subscription cost of $10.
Discover your purpose and goals with Spirit, Mind, Body courses and Virtual Wellness Coaching!
Your Virtual Wellness Coach will help you understand the "WHY" behind your goal and keep you accountable in the process. These courses are each designed to enhance our focus of building a healthy spirit, mind, and body using a combination of live online instruction, homework and individual 1 on 1 advising. Courses are 60 or 90 days in length. Fees are determined by length and content of course.
Virtual Personal Training
Personal training wherever you are
Do you want the one-on-one support that a personal trainer provides, but struggle to get to the Y? Virtual Personal Training is a convenience-based fitness solution designed for people just like for you! Whether you’re traveling, working, or busy at home, you’ll have the freedom to schedule one, two or three sessions per week at times that suit your schedule. Your own virtual personal trainer will help you set and attain goals without ever stepping into the gym. To get started, just choose the number of weekly sessions below that work best for you!
