After School Spot
A safe, welcoming place for middle and high school students to connect, learn, and have fun after school.
The After School Spot at the Renaissance Pointe YMCA provides a supervised environment where students in grades 6–12 can relax, socialize with friends, complete homework, and participate in engaging activities each afternoon. Whether they need a place to unwind, stay productive, or build new friendships, the After School Spot offers a supportive space for youth after the school day ends.
Program Details
- Grades: 6–12 (Ages: 11–18)
- Program Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–6:30 PM
- Daily Dinner: Served at 4:45 PM (parent/guardian permission form required)
- School Calendar: Program follows the Fort Wayne Community Schools (FWCS) calendar, including holidays, breaks, and school closings.
