Our inclusive programs are for individuals with and without diverse abilities to participate in activities and classes together. With the Y's mission to be for all, we believe we are stronger and better when we are together.
Inclusive Wellness & Sports
We offer inclusive wellness opportunities, including Bang the Drum* and SNAP** (Special Needs Aquatic Playtime), as well as sports such as volleyball and baseball.
Participants can schedule a time with a coach to set goals and create a personalized workout plan. Coaches will help train the participant on adaptive and standard equipment usage.
*Bang The Drum is a group exercise class that combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythm of the drums. Participants are able to engage their whole mind and body in this lively class.
**SNAP is for those with diverse abilities, along with their families, to enjoy unstructured pool time & make memories together.
Note: SNAP events are offered seasonally.
Inclusive Baseball & Volleyball are offered seasonally.
