YMCA Childcare Services is required to supply information about Y programs in 2020 to fulfill the requirements of a grant from the City of Fort Wayne that subsidized some Y program expenses during that time. Because your child(ren) participated in a YMCA child care program in 2020 we need your help to gather some information. You can find the survey below.
