Welcome Resource Fair
Looking for resources and opportunities available within our community? Come meet and learn from more than 30 Northeast Indiana organizations. The event will take place on Saturday, September 10 from11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Renaissance Pointe YMCA located at 2323 Bowser Avenue. Join us for entertainment, food trucks, and more! Ethnic Bridge Building Discussion
Join us for a discussion about experiences with Race in America from various perspectives. Panelists will include Y members from various countries including Burma, India, Nigeria, and Thailand. The discussion will take place at Jackson R Lehman Family YMCA on Wednesday, September 14 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Teen room. Overflow, if needed, will be in the Conference room. The discussion will also be LIVE streamed on the Jackson R. Lehman Family YMCA's Facebook Page.

Cultural Awareness Workshop
This FREE workshop will introduce you to an innovative approach to working and Relating Across Cultures. It will give youa chance to identify your individual value orientation, reflect on some of the intercultural challenges and opportunities you face, and create an action plan for developing and applying your CQ. Diversity Award Nominations
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2022 Diversity Awards honoring outstanding immigrants and refugees and those who work to create a welcoming community. Awards will be presented at the Diversity Awards breakfast, Friday, September 16 at Ivy Tech Community College Coliseum Campus, Room 1640 at 8:30 AM. Global Race Series - Welcoming Week
This race series consists of three separate one-mile cross country races (each with a unique global theme) open to all boys and girls in grades 3-5. Races will be professionally chipped and timed.
