Workplace Wellness Awards

The YMCA Workplace Wellness Awards honor employers for making strides in providing a healthier workplace! As an integral part of supporting healthy living in our community, the YMCA encourages all employers to strive to create a culture of wellness at their workplace. By participating, you will not only be recognized for your wellness efforts but will also learn about potential ways to incorporate additional wellness initiatives at your business, as well as have the opportunity to share ideas, successes, and challenges with other companies in the greater Fort Wayne community.

Your workplace does not have to be a wellness expert in order to take part in our 2020 Workplace Wellness Awards! The entire process is an educational experience that will benefit your business regardless of its current stage in wellness development.

This year the YMCA has established a new and improved award system that will recognize all participating companies for their dedication to improving healthy living while addressing other areas such as workplace policies, nutrition, exercise, substance abuse, stress, sleep and relationships for their employees.

All nominations have been received for the 2020 year. Thank you for your participation.
 
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will not host the awards ceremony this year at the Parkview Mirro Center. Awards will be presented to company representatives at their workplace in October. A YMCA staff person will reach out to your company to make arrangements to deliver the award.
