Personal Training Orientation
One-on-one personal training can benefit anyone—whether you’re new to exercise, a competitive athlete, or just want to keep up with your kids and grandkids! Get paired with a certified trainer to explore how personal training can support your unique goals.

Wellness Center Orientation
Not sure where to begin in the Wellness Center? Join us for a guided tour and overview of our cardio and strength equipment. We’ll show you the basics and help you feel right at home.

Wellness for Life
This three-session coaching program pairs you with a trained wellness coach over an eight-week period. Together, you’ll set realistic goals, create a personalized plan, and gain access to tools and resources to help you thrive. 

YouthFit
This FREE, two-session program is perfect for youth ages 11–14! It’s a fun, interactive introduction to exercise guidelines, Wellness Center procedures, and proper techniques—helping teens feel empowered and ready to move.
